“I’ve been teaching yoga for over 20 years, and I know what’s best for you, my dear students,” said Rishi, who, along with the founder of the Yoga Foundation of America, Shauna Shonka, is the primary yoga teacher at the Yoga Village Ashram in Buffalo, New York.
“There are many things to learn here.
It’s a great place to start learning, and the facilities are great.”
A lot of people have been coming to the yoga retreat in Buffalo and Buffalo, but Rishi said the majority of his students come from out of town, where he said yoga is the only form of self-medication.
But he said if you can find a yoga teacher who’s willing to teach, and you don’t mind being exposed to yoga, the yoga course can be an exciting opportunity.
“There’s nothing better than a good teacher,” Rishi told ABC News.
“Yoga’s for everybody.
You should do yoga, because you will be able to live longer.”
